"I have been a State Farm customer for long years. I have never had a negative experience with State Farm until doing business with Brandon Warner. Brandon is very courteous and convincing in person and has zero follow through on business matters. Because of him my car insurance was not transferred from Colorado to Michigan for 3 months. I found out about this when logging into my account at the time. I did accept his apology for dropping the ball then. Recently I purchased life insurance for my household. This was supposed to take effect May first, and as of September 23rd, my husband's life insurance is non existent. Again, I have found out about this by accidentally logging into my account and the insurance not existing. I understand about hiccups, but I was promised communication and a follow through. 4 months ago. If I did not log into my account today, I would have been under the impression that we were insured. I can definitely overlook not following through for 3 months ONCE. However the repeated nature of this issue fundamentally shook my faith in Brandon and I am transferring my 7 accounts/policies to an agency where my account receives the attention and respect it deserves."

"By far the worst insurance company l've worked with.. they will promise you anything to buy themselves some time then disappear. My vehicle has been sitting at a shop for 4 weeks. No word from the claims department (I've left multiple voicemails! Adena Bailey, the claims supervisor shouldn't have a job.) Brandon called me and said he was going to get on top of it and call me back the next day.. that also never happened."

"Called during business hours. NO one ever answers after multiple calls. You have to work hard to even get by the computer. Makes it easier for them, but a pain in the but for their customers. I will look somewhere else for insurance."

"I'm So Glad I called State Farm for my car insurance needs. I couldn't believe the price they quoted me was cheaper than what I estimated AND It included renters Ins. Too! "I have had to call State Farm Corporate Offices, just to stop the constant mail from State Farm to not only to me, but , my roommate, (whom has never had a license, much less a car), and his Dead Father, (whom I am Pretty sure doesn't need insurance). So, beyond the "Bordering on Harassment" mail and phone calls, I have used State Farm in well over 30 years and will not... Have a great day... 😁"
